Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Higgsfield Income Club website and membership community ("the club"). By accessing the website or joining the club, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or join the community.

Our community is hosted on the Skool platform and is also subject to Skool's own terms of service. Where Skool's terms apply to your use of the platform, they operate alongside these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to purchase a membership. You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

Membership grants you a personal, non-transferable right to access the club's lessons, resources, and community for as long as your subscription is active. You may not share your account, resell access, or grant others access to paid material.

Membership is a recurring subscription billed at $9/month (plus any applicable taxes) through our third-party payment processor. Your subscription renews automatically each billing period until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorise us and our processor to charge your payment method on each renewal.

You can cancel at any time from your account settings or by contacting us; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide partial-period refunds unless required by law or stated in a specific offer.

The price you join at is the price you keep for as long as your subscription remains active and uninterrupted. We may change pricing for new members or for future billing periods, and where a change would affect your subscription we will give you reasonable advance notice.

Inside the community you agree to be respectful and constructive. You may not post unlawful, harassing, hateful, misleading, or spam content; impersonate others; scrape or harvest member data; or use the community to promote unrelated products without permission.

We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or harm the community, at our reasonable discretion. Serious or repeated breaches may result in removal without refund.

All lessons, templates, prompts, written materials, branding, and other content we provide are owned by Higgsfield Income Club or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Your membership gives you a licence to use these materials for your own learning and projects, including commercial work you create yourself.

You may not copy, redistribute, republish, resell, or share the club's paid materials outside the community, or use them to create a competing product or course. Templates and prompts we explicitly provide for reuse may be used in your own work, but the lessons and curriculum themselves remain ours.

You keep ownership of the posts, questions, videos, images, and other content you share inside the community. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to host, display, and use that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the community.

You are responsible for the content you share and confirm you have the right to share it. Do not post confidential information, third-party material you do not have rights to, or anything that breaches someone else's rights.

Higgsfield Income Club teaches you how to make income with AI video and images using Higgsfield and Claude. We do not guarantee any specific income, number of views, clients, or subscribers. Results depend on your own effort, circumstances, and market conditions, which can change. Making income with AI content is real work: learning the tools, choosing an income path, creating consistently, and getting paid, and results are never guaranteed. Nothing in the club is financial, legal, or professional advice.

The website, community, and materials are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We work hard to keep content accurate and up to date, but we do not warrant that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or current at all times, particularly as the AI models, tools, and platforms we teach evolve.

Our lessons reference third-party tools and services (such as Higgsfield, Claude, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Gumroad, Skool, and other platforms). We do not control those services and are not responsible for their availability, pricing, changes, or terms. Your use of any third-party platform is governed by that provider's own terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the website or community. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You can end your membership at any time by cancelling your subscription. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the club, in which case we will give reasonable notice where practical. On termination, your right to access paid materials ends.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify members; continuing to use the club after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
